I've been my own boss since 2012 when I left corporate America (after only being in it for two years) and went out on my own and became a sub-contractor. I get hired to work on sales and leadership training projects for various clients around the world like Google for Startups, JP Morgan, ATT, Intel, and others.
Being my own boss has forced me to become a better manager of my time. If I don't produce results I don't make money. When I went out on my own I found this new level of freedom with time. I was no longer "chained" to a desk where I had to clock in and clock out at certain.
Which was amazing and also terrifying at the same time.
Some months I was traveling every single week and other months I was only traveling maybe one or two weeks a month so how I spent my downtime was crucial when it came to building my business.
During weeks that I wasn't traveling I found it so easy to slip into this state of "doing" but not really "producing" any results regardless if I had the best of intentions. I was taking random coffee dates with people. And at the time I lived in downtown Chicago and it was easily 30 minutes of travel time one-way just to meet someone for a quick coffee.
I wasn't clear on my priorities, I was afraid to say "no" to people and I didn't understand the basics of managing my time and energy.
As time went on I started learning and devouring as much information as I could about time management and productivity and that's when things really started to change.

Every month I host a 60 minute co-working call where you and others in the program all come together to co-work virtually. You can also bring something you're working on that you're feeling stuck on and get coached by me.
You’ll have access to a private podcast where all goal planning and coaching call replays will be uploaded and ready for you to listen on-the-go.

Great question. Because I can show you how to become "unbusy". I've worked with many busy entrepreneurs who don't think they have enough time. After working with me I help them implement systems that allow them to own their time. All I need is an hour a week of your time. That's it.
Group call times (coaching, goal setting and co-working) are M-Th, after 11am ET.
Call times for the month ahead are confirmed the 15th of the month prior.
Calls will rarely ever take place on Mondays or Fridays, unless there is a holiday that week.
